📏 Sizing Policy

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully. During live selling sessions, our sellers will provide accurate product measurements.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Thank you for your understanding.


🚫 Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of jewelry, makeup, and skincare products are final and non-returnable once opened—unless the item arrives damaged or broken.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligible returns will only be accepted if the item was damaged or the mistake was made by the seller.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The seller is at fault (e.g., incorrect item sent or item arrived damaged)

  • You initiate the return within 5 days of receiving your order

  • The returned item is received and passes inspection

We are not responsible for lost packages after they leave our facility.
