This website is operated by BESTIEDASCOLLECTION. Throughout the site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to BESTIEDASCOLLECTION. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to our terms, policies, and notices.

3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Please note that colors and sizes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting during photography or live selling sessions.
4. Sizing Policy
Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully. Accurate product measurements will only be provided during live sessions. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Thank you for your understanding.
Size Guide
BUST: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the body, above the top of your legs.
Measure in inches and match your measurements to the bust, waist, and hips values in our size chart to find your tentative size. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully. Accurate product measurements will only be provided during live sessions. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required before order processing.
Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all pricing is accurate, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order.
Promotions and Discounts
Limited Time Offers: Promotions, sales, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice and may be available for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel any promotional offer at our discretion.
Non-Combining Discounts: Unless specifically stated, promotions or discount codes cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or discounts.
Seasonal Sales: Discounts offered during seasonal sales (e.g., end-of-season, Black Friday, etc.) will be clearly marked. Returns or exchanges of sale items may be subject to different terms, such as being final sale.
Pricing Transparency
We are dedicated to providing clear and transparent pricing on our live selling sessions and website. All prices listed for our products include essential details such as shipping costs, materials, customs duties, and other applicable fees, ensuring our customers can make informed purchasing decisions. All prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment is required before order processing.
6. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Live Selling Policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we make a change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
Live Selling Policies
Live Selling Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Our cancellation policy for live selling orders is as follows:
Invoices Not Yet Paid: All items with invoices already sent but not yet paid will have a grace period of 3 days. If there is no clear communication between the buyer and seller regarding how the items will be paid, the order will be automatically canceled.
Failure to Respond: If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts regarding the status of your order or payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order and release the item(s) back into inventory.
Reservation Cancellations: If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so within the 48-hour holding period. Without payment or communication during this time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the item will return to inventory.
Live Selling Storage & Shipping
We are happy to store your purchased items for up to two live selling sessions or until you are ready for shipment, with a maximum weight limit of 3 kg per package.
If you prefer not to wait for the next live selling session, we can ship your items to you right away. We will notify you when your items are ready for delivery, and we encourage you to arrange shipping or pickup within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays.
Handling of Unclaimed Items: If items are unclaimed or if shipping arrangements have not been made within the specified timeframe, we will attempt to contact the customer. If no action is taken within 30 days after the final live selling session, items may be restocked or donated as complimentary items without prior notice.
If you require extended storage beyond the normal policy or have special requests, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Please note that extended storage is available for a maximum of 1 month.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
8. Local Orders & Delivery Policy
Effective January 1, 2025, we will no longer offer standard drop-off services for local orders. Customers must arrange for pickup or standard shipping. For those without transportation or mobile services, we offer:
Delivery Fee: $10 flat rate
Minimum Order for Delivery: $25
Service Area: Fort McMurray only (additional fees or shipping for outside areas)
Scheduling: By appointment only and subject to seller availability
Exact time slots are not guaranteed. We appreciate your flexibility.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. Some items may be final sale. We accept returns only if the item is damaged or the seller is at fault.
Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
Returns must be received and inspected before any refund is issued.
We are not responsible for lost packages after they leave our facility.
10. Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of jewelry, makeup, and skincare are final once opened—unless damaged upon arrival.
11. Use of Photos & Videos for Marketing
By purchasing from BESTIEDASCOLLECTION, customers agree that any photos or videos taken during their interaction with our products or services may be used for marketing purposes, including promotional materials, social media, and website content.
We respect your privacy and will strive to give credit where due. If you do not wish for your content to be used, please contact us to opt out.
12. Color & Washing Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and lighting differences. We are not responsible for any shrinkage or damage due to washing. Please refer to our Washing Policy pinned at the top of the page.
13. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, images, text) belongs to BESTIEDASCOLLECTION and may not be used without permission.
14. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or violate any laws or rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages beyond the purchase price of the item.
16. Privacy Policy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
