Shipping policy

We're typically able to process & ship orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been paid & confirmed, it'll ship based on your chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days to ship (after processing) and no later than 10 business days after you have received shipment confirmation. We also suggest shipping insurance for values exceeding $100 CAD (optional)

Expedited shipments still need processing time, although we are typically able to process expedited shipments within 2-5 business days. After your order processes, it will then ship with your selected method. Please note, expedited shipments do not move on the weekends, so please take that into account when choosing your shipping options.

International shipping takes 7-15 days. Please expect custom fees.

  • Please ensure you have provided the complete address, including the Unit Number, House Number, Street Address, Street Name, P.O. Box (if applicable), City, Province, and Postal Code.

 

  • Please note that all returned items will be subject to a charge imposed by the courier (this may differ from our standard $25 fee). Additionally, the shipping label AND OTHER CHARGES for returns will not be covered by the seller and must be paid by the buyer if the return is due to buyer fault.

 

  • We can not make changes to your shipping method or shipping address after your order has been placed. So please ensure your address information and shipping speed is correct before completing your purchase.
